

The purpose of these terms is to provide the best possible service to the visitors of the campsite, by setting the conditions for the proper operation of the site.
Entry and stay in the campsite implies automatic acceptance of these terms, which consist of the following nine (9) articles:
Article 1 – “Arrival – Accommodation – Departure”
The operating period of the campsite begins on May 1st and ends on September 10th of each year, with the possibility of extension until September 30th following a decision by the Management.
Arrival at the campsite is via the reception, which is open from 08:00 to 22:00. Upon arrival, the visitor is required to present his passport or ID, which will remain at the reception until his departure, as well as a photocopy of the registration certificate of the caravan (motorhome or trailer).
The exact days of stay, the number of the place where the caravan or tent will be installed are stated, and any change must be made with the consent of the reception. The installation location of the tent or caravan is indicated exclusively by the reception.
It is prohibited to change the location without the prior approval of the RECEPTION.
On the day of departure, the place must be handed over and the bill paid by 12:00.
Article 2 – “Quiet Hours”
Quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00, in accordance with the current police regulations and must be strictly observed.
The external entrance closes STRICTLY at 23:00 exactly and opens at 07:00. During the hours of 23:00 – 07:00, the circulation of any motorized vehicle within the campsite (car – motorcycle) is prohibited. Those visitors who wish to depart before 07:00 must park their vehicles outside the campsite before 23:00 the previous day.
During quiet hours, the use of sound systems and television is prohibited, while during the remaining hours it is permitted at very low volume and without disturbing neighboring pitches.
Article 3 – “Visitors”
Visits are only permitted with permission from the campsite Reception and upon presentation of an identity card or passport. The stay in the campsite must not exceed two (2) hours and the number of visitors must be as limited as possible. After two hours, the visitor will be charged according to the applicable price list. Visitors’ vehicles are not allowed to enter the campsite.
During their stay at the campsite, visitors are not allowed to use its facilities and infrastructure (showers, laundry area & power supply).
Article 4 – “Vehicles – Caravans”
Visitors are required to place the entry stickers given to them by the reception on their vehicles and motorcycles. Vehicles without the entry sticker on the windshield will not be accepted.
The speed of vehicles within the campsite must not exceed 10 km/h. Drivers who drive at a higher speed may be denied further entry to the campsite.
Entry is prohibited to vehicles whose driver, at the discretion of the security officer or reception, has consumed alcohol or other substances.
For each accommodation location throughout the season, one vehicle (one parking space) corresponds. For additional vehicles, there will be an additional charge according to the price list. For shorter stays, the vehicles are charged according to the current price list.
Entry and exit from the campsite are permitted from 07:00 to 23:00.
After the end of the season, caravan owners must remove them for the smooth conduct of maintenance work on the campsite facilities and greenery.
In case of inability to remove a caravan, the owner must inform the reception in writing of its stay, without the managing authority bearing any responsibility for any wear, damage or theft. However, the managing authority reserves the right to request the forced removal of caravans when deemed necessary.
Abandoned caravans or other vehicles will be removed by the competent municipal service in accordance with applicable legislation and will be delivered to an approved collection system of the local waste collection point.
Article 5 – “Prices and Charges”
An electricity meter will be installed on each pitch. Consumption exceeding the permitted limit will be charged according to the current price list.
Visitors staying throughout the season are required to pay their rent upon arrival, according to the current price list.
In the event that a visitor occupies a larger area than that provided for his pitch, he will be charged for an additional pitch.
In the event of accommodation on a camping pitch with a tent or caravan, the number and details (names and surnames) of all occupants must be declared. Visitors who do not declare themselves and stay on the camping site will be considered to have entered illegally, will be charged double the current price for the days they stayed, and the
managing authority may prohibit their entry and accommodation for the following
seasons.
The charging and invoicing, in case the mobile home’s registration permit is different from the natural persons residing in it, will be mandatory for the natural persons residing in the campsite. Visitors must park their vehicles in a designated area by the administration, and the charging will be made according to the current price list.
Article 6th – “Facilities”

Reception from 08:00 – 22:00 and night guard at other times
Article 7 – “Pets”
Pets entering the campsite must carry an electronic tag (chip) and have a health booklet, which will be displayed at the reception.
Pets are allowed to move around the campsite only with a companion and a leash. Their free movement is strictly prohibited. In addition, appropriate measures must be taken to ensure that the animal does not enter common areas or areas of other visitors.
The pet owner is obliged to ensure appropriate accommodation for his animal.
During the pet’s walk, the owner must immediately clean the animal’s feces from the environment.
Failure to comply with the above may lead to the pet being removed from the campsite.
Article 8 – “Cleanliness – Environment”
Washing utensils and clothes is only permitted in designated building areas that are specially marked for this purpose.
It is strictly prohibited to wash vehicles, caravans and the surrounding area of the pitches using a pressure washer, water hose or other means within the campsite.
Visitors must keep the campsite clean. It is strictly prohibited to throw cigarettes and any other waste in the surrounding area. Household waste must be carefully placed by visitors in the waste bins and must never be left outside.
In the case of non-household waste, the visitor is obliged to inform the reception so that it can be removed by the competent bodies safely and in accordance with applicable legislation.
It is strictly forbidden to light a fire in the open air for cooking or other purposes.
The use of air guns and any type of projectile devices is strictly prohibited.
The construction of sunshades is permitted only if they are screwed and detachable.
Any type of construction on the ground or connected to it (tiles, railings, metal structures as sunshades or other types of removable structures) is prohibited, as well as the development of water or electricity networks. Violators will be prosecuted in accordance with applicable law and will be removed from the campsite, while the said structures will be immediately destroyed by the managing authority and the costs will be borne by the owner.
The connection to the campsite’s electrical network for tents and caravans is the sole responsibility of their owners.
The managing authority may install water consumption meters and impose a charge when the visitor exceeds the specified daily consumption.
Article 9 – “General Notes”
The campsite management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings.
For safety reasons, the electricity and water supply to the campsite facilities is interrupted on the day following the end of the season.
Any damage caused to the campsite facilities or equipment by a guest or the people accompanying him will be borne by the guest himself.
In the event of debts after the end of the season, the managing authority will take legal action to collect them, will immediately remove any belongings of the debtor (tents, caravans, etc.) from the campsite and may prohibit his entry and stay for the following seasons.
If it is found that more people are staying in a place than have been declared, the visitor is obliged, if he wishes to stay, to pay the amount of €500 for each undeclared person, as well as the regular charge for the days of stay of the undeclared people. In case of refusal, the visitor must immediately leave the campsite, and the company reserves the right to take legal action.
For any issue concerning the common areas, other guests or the experience of staying at the campsite in general, visitors must contact the reception.
The management of the campsite reserves the right, in case of non-compliance of visitors with these terms and conditions and failure to comply with observations or instructions, to prohibit them from staying or entering the campsite, as well as to permanently remove them from the site.
